Dr. Mohammed Ariff Abdullah holds a PhD in Computer Science focusing on Artificial Neural Networks with Geomatics. His dissertation focused on the use of the Police Reporting System with Safe City Monitoring System to predict the movement of serial criminals.
He specializes in strategic digitalization transformation and smart city initiatives. Most recently, he served as a Product Specialist at Telekom Malaysia – TM ONE, driving sales enablement and digital solutions in smart cities, healthcare, and industries.
Prior to that, he was Head of Marketing & Sales at INNEONUSA (Telekom Malaysia-UEM Sunrise-Iskandar Investment Berhad JV), where he crafted a business engagement model for smart city development. His earlier roles include Director of Business Development at Sarawak Information Systems and Vice President of Planning & Compliance at Iskandar Regional
Development Authority, where he led impactful GIS initiatives.
